30-Minute Hotel Room Workout (No Equipment)

 

Warm-Up (5 min): Jumping jacks 1 min, High knees 1 min, Arm circles 1 min, Hip/torso twists 1 min, Bodyweight squats 1 min

 

Lower Body (7 min, x2): Squats 45 sec, Reverse lunges 45 sec, Glute bridges 45 sec, Wall sit 45 sec (Rest 15 sec between moves)

 

Upper Body & Core (7 min, x2): Push-ups 45 sec, Plank shoulder taps 45 sec, Tricep dips (bed/chair) 45 sec, Bicycle crunches 45 sec (Rest 15 sec)

 

Cardio & Core (7 min, x1): Burpees 40 sec, Mountain climbers 40 sec, Russian twists 40 sec, Leg raises 40 sec (Rest 20 sec)

 

Cool Down (4 min): Forward fold 30 sec, Quad stretch 30 sec/leg, Shoulder stretch 30 sec/side, Seated hamstring 30 sec/leg, Deep breathing 30 sec
